Barack Obama will win a second term in the November election, defeating Mitt Romney

Professor of Political Science Helmut Norpoth from Stony Brook University, author of the forthcoming book Commander in Chief predicts that Barack Obama has 99% chance to win the 2012 general election.
The professor's reasoning from his Primary Model, which predicted accurately the latest presidential elections: " Any time a candidate of the party that controls the White House has gone unchallenged for renomination, the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of that candidate's victory in the November election."
